StockCountPad Privacy Policy

StockCountPad is a local stock count and reorder tracking app. It is designed to work without an account, without cloud sync, and without connecting to billing, supplier, or payment systems.

What the app accesses

• Item names, categories, quantities, reorder levels, target quantities, and optional notes that you enter yourself.
• App-private local storage used to save your inventory board on-device.
• Android notification services used to remind you when low-stock items still need attention.

What data StockCountPad collects

• StockCountPad does not require an account.
• StockCountPad does not upload your inventory board to our servers as part of normal app use.
• StockCountPad is not designed to collect personal data for profiling or analytics in the base local-first flow.

How stock data is handled

• Item entries and quantity updates are stored in app-private local storage on your device.
• Notification scheduling is handled on-device through Android WorkManager.
• If you uninstall the app, app-private stored stock data is removed from the device.

If AdMob is enabled in a later release, review the final Google Play Data safety answers and public privacy policy before release.
